Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent education/experience
- MSHA certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or a related industrial role
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and physically perform essential job functions

Job Duties
