The Group’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas, coordinate the activities of their Global Sales Organization, which is a vital department focused on managing strategic accounts that deliver significant revenues worldwide. The Coordinator, Global Sales role within Rosewood Hotel Group's Commercial Division is a full-time permanent position based in Dallas, Texas, or alternatively New York or New Jersey. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Sales, Business Travel, and dotted line reporting to the Director(s) of Global Sales – Group, this role supports the Americas Global Sales team. The Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting Rosewood Hotels & Resorts' largest and most significant customers, enabling the attainment of ambitious sales targets within the business travel and group segments.

This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and sales support including managing client communications, maintaining accurate databases, processing sales leads, supporting corporate customer events, and assisting hotels as needed. Additionally, the Coordinator manages essential office administrative functions such as budget tracking and contract administration. The role demands a proactive and collaborative individual who can seamlessly coordinate with various teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include supporting complex sales travel itineraries, data reporting using systems like Salesforce, Revintel, and Cvent, handling client inquiries promptly, and contributing to event planning and execution for sales missions and client engagement activities. A central aspect of the role is ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales information and pipeline management, contributing directly to informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Ideal candidates will have prior sales experience in a hotel or cluster sales environment and exhibit strong analytical and presentation skills. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality sales environment
  • Ability to manage high activity volumes and meet deadlines
  • Autonomous self-starter with proactive mindset
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and other hospitality software preferred
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in global sales, cluster sales, or above-property hotel sales preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with expert Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems such as Salesforce, Delphi, Cvent, Lanyon, and Revintel
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint deck design skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly service-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Provide direct sales support to senior directors and directors to support sales goals
  • Coordinate sales trip itineraries, reporting, and special projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases including Salesforce
  • Report on corporate negotiated accounts, RFPs, group accounts, and pipeline activity
  • Support webinars, client events, sales missions, discovery trips, and tradeshows
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries, opportunities, and requests
  • Collaborate with global sales team members to support global relationships
  • Process finance and legal documentation according to corporate procedures
  • Support contract administration, approval management, and budget tracking
