Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality sales environment
- Ability to manage high activity volumes and meet deadlines
- Autonomous self-starter with proactive mindset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce and other hospitality software preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in global sales, cluster sales, or above-property hotel sales preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with expert Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with hospitality systems such as Salesforce, Delphi, Cvent, Lanyon, and Revintel
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint deck design skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly service-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Provide direct sales support to senior directors and directors to support sales goals
- Coordinate sales trip itineraries, reporting, and special projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases including Salesforce
- Report on corporate negotiated accounts, RFPs, group accounts, and pipeline activity
- Support webinars, client events, sales missions, discovery trips, and tradeshows
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries, opportunities, and requests
- Collaborate with global sales team members to support global relationships
- Process finance and legal documentation according to corporate procedures
- Support contract administration, approval management, and budget tracking
