The role of a Cookie Crew member is multifaceted, offering a unique blend of front-of-house customer interaction and behind-the-scenes baking responsibilities.

The Cookie Crew position is a flexible part-time role with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour. As a Cookie Crew member, responsibilities include greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately, helping them understand menu items, and ensuring a positive experience both in person and over the phone. Members bake the signature warm cookies and prepare ice cream scoops, package orders correctly and swiftly, handle cash and payments with accuracy, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the bakery. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a personable, outgoing demeanor to ensure that each customer leaves happy and satisfied.
