The Residential Program at YAI’s Glebe IRA location in the Bronx is currently seeking a dedicated part-time team member to support its mission. The position involves working hours on Monday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering a flexible schedule that suits individuals looking to contribute meaningfully while balancing other commitments. This role emphasizes professionalism, accountability, and teamwork within a supportive environment where adaptability and effective communication are crucial. The successful candidate will handle various responsibilities including maintaining cleanliness and safety of the facility, assisting with meal preparation aligned with dietary needs, and fostering positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
