In this role, you will set up your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment, prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, and peeling, and operate kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, mixers, and slicers. You will use various cooking methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming to create delicious meals featuring meats, vegetables, and other food items. Additionally, food presentation is important, so arranging, garnishing, and portioning food according to established guidelines is part of the job. Proper food storage and cleanliness are paramount as you will be responsible for sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a sanitary kitchen environment.
This position also requires excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude toward guests, clients, and co-workers. Safety policies must be rigorously followed not only to comply with regulations but also to ensure the security of company assets and the well-being of all kitchen and service staff. The role may present physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing or walking. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper uniforms may be required to meet safety standards.

Job Requirements
- Experience as a cook or in a related role
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to wear uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a cook or in a related role
