This full-time, onsite position as a Food Service Worker is based in Huntsville, Texas, a key location within the corrections segment where Summit is delivering its specialized services. The role is designed to support the efficient preparation, service, and distribution of meals within correctional facilities. As a Food Service Worker, you will be involved in multiple aspects of food service operation, from meal preparation and serving to maintaining cleanliness and order in areas such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom.

This role calls for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop a variety of skills while interacting with a diverse and unique clientele on a daily basis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential since the job requires working collaboratively with team members and interacting respectfully with the inmates.
