The Assistant Food Service Director role at Summit in Miami, Florida is a full-time, onsite position critical to maintaining the operational excellence of the foodservice program within correctional facilities. As an assistant director, you will support the oversight and management of all culinary, safety, sanitation, and operational functions to ensure a seamless dining experience. This role requires strong leadership and communication abilities to supervise a diverse team including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering staff. You will be instrumental in recruiting, training, and retaining personnel, while also ensuring that the business runs efficiently and profitably, delivering high-quality food along with friendly and professional service.
