Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
- knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- prior supervisory experience
- ability to work onsite in Santa Rosa, California
- flexible availability to meet scheduling needs
Job Qualifications

- complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- high-level product knowledge

Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- ensuring meal services begin on time
- ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- supervising team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- enforcing compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- coordinating daily food preparation and cooking activities
- maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
