The Cook position in Summit’s McMinnville, Oregon location is a full-time, onsite role critical to the daily operation of their correctional division kitchen. This role calls for an experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced, efficient environment and is passionate about preparing high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of culinary experience, particularly in a high-volume setting emphasizing scratch cooking methods. Attention to detail, proficiency in various culinary techniques, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure are essential. The role involves food preparation, quality and portion control, creative food presentation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, proper food storage, and adherence to safe food handling policies and recipes.   • Customer service experience is required
