  • food handlers certification preferred

  • food handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensuring meal services begin on time
  • ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • coordinating and supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations
  • enforcing adherence to culinary methods, standards, and health regulations
  • monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • managing employee schedules and workflow to meet the demands of a high-volume kitchen
