Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- Ensuring meal services begin on time
- Monitoring portion sizes, appearance, and temperature of all food items
- Supervising the work of kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
