Job Requirements
- At least one year prior culinary experience
- experience in high-volume scratch cooking
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- experience supervising a team
- food handlers certification preferred

Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- ensuring meal services begin on time
- ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- supervising the kitchen staff and coordinating their tasks
- maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- managing inventory and food supplies
- assisting in menu planning and quality control
