The Cook Supervisor role at Summit's correctional facility in Tulsa offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about leadership, food service, and operational excellence. This full-time, onsite position involves coordinating and supervising kitchen staff to ensure all aspects of food preparation and service meet rigorous standards. Job Requirements

  • At least one years' prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
  • Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Food handlers certification preferred

Job Duties
