Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation
- Knowledge and experience in working with elderly
- Food Service Sanitation certificate according to State/Local requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to easily lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to speak English in an understandable manner

Job Duties
- Prepare appetizing and nutritious meals for residents
- Assist the Culinary Services Coordinator in managing food service functions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable food service environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate tact, sensitivity, and professionalism in all interactions
- Support residents with dietary restrictions and special needs
- Participate in employee appreciation events and contribute to a positive workplace culture
