Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferably in a health care setting
- catering and senior living/institutional batch cooking experience desired
- ability to follow standardized recipes and make adjustments
- understanding of various food cuisines and flavors
- experience with high volume production desired
- excellent customer service skills essential
- ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- flu vaccine, TB test, drug screen, and background check required
