Job Requirements

  • Prior line cook experience required
  • ability to work on call schedule including weekends
  • availability from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • adherence to safety and hygiene practices
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • drug-free workplace compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Prior line cook experience
  • knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • commitment to safety protocols
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organize workstations

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and presentation
  • tastes all prepared food items to ensure quality
  • cleans kitchen after preparation and service maintaining cleanliness standards
  • stores or discards excess food following safe handling procedures
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately
