Job Requirements
- Prior line cook experience required
- ability to work on call schedule including weekends
- availability from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- adherence to safety and hygiene practices
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- drug-free workplace compliance
Job Qualifications
- Prior line cook experience
- knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
- ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- commitment to safety protocols
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organize workstations
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and presentation
- tastes all prepared food items to ensure quality
- cleans kitchen after preparation and service maintaining cleanliness standards
- stores or discards excess food following safe handling procedures
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately
