Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Food handlers certification within 6 months of hire
- Relevant work experience in hospital or commercial kitchen preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to read write and speak English
- Knowledge of large quantity cooking preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Compatible with diverse people in service settings
- Clean and neat appearance
- Basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent

Job Duties
- Produce safe and high-quality food products according to guidelines systems and recipes
- Maintain a clean sanitized and organized work environment
- Ensure customer and patient satisfaction
- Communicate daily with supervisors and team members effectively
- Perform batch large quantity and short order cooking
- Work varying shifts including rotating weekends
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
