As a Cook, you will play an essential role in ensuring that food is prepared according to standardized recipes and client specifications, adhering strictly to health and safety policies. The position requires setting up the workstation with all necessary ingredients and tools, preparing ingredients by measuring, chopping, mixing, and trimming, and using a variety of cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers. You will be responsible for various cooking techniques including baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming meat, vegetables, and other foods.

Your duties will also include arranging, garnishing, and portioning food appropriately, properly storing food according to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work area.
