The Line Cook role at Invited is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals seeking to contribute to a vibrant and supportive environment. The primary responsibility of the Line Cook is to deliver high-quality culinary services, ensuring that every dish meets the club's standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. This position supports both à la carte dining and private event food production, requiring efficiency, precision, and a passion for food preparation. Line Cooks work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations and uphold the club’s commitment to excellence.
In this role, the Line Cook will assist with all kitchen tasks as requested, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work swiftly to meet business demands. They will be responsible for setting up and stocking food items and supplies, maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols. Inventory management is an integral part of the job, with duties including performing regular checks and logging food storage accurately. This position demands attention to detail, stamina to stand for extended periods, and a comprehensive understanding of various kitchen stations, including broiler, pantry, and sauté.
