Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work all shifts including openings and closings
- Ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast-paced restaurant environment a plus
- Ability to follow safety and food handling guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals to meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Handle food safely following established procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Work efficiently during all shifts including opening and closing
- Support team members and assist with various tasks as needed
