We are currently seeking an experienced cook to join our team. This role is unique as it involves working with two culinary concepts in one kitchen: a burger concept and a fast-casual Mexican concept known as Blu Burrito. The ideal candidate will possess strong Mexican food experience and demonstrate a solid understanding of preparing dishes such as burritos, bowls, tacos, rice, beans, proteins, and other fresh ingredients. While burger cooking experience is considered a plus, we will provide training to ensure you are fully equipped to contribute to this part of the kitchen as well.
This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will play a key role in operating and leading the Mexican food concept, helping to maintain consistency in recipes and ensuring the kitchen remains organized and clean. Collaboration and reliability are crucial, as you will assist with various kitchen operations including prep work, inventory management, and daily sanitation.
