The Prep Cook position at Hilton offers an opportunity not just to prepare high-quality hot food items but also to embody the spirit of hospitality by creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. Job Requirements

  • previous food preparation experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • good manual dexterity

  • inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
  • keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
