The Cook lll role at Signia by Hilton, Atlanta, offers a unique opportunity for culinary professionals to join a dynamic team supporting Nest on Four, one of the hotel's prominent dining outlets. This full-time position requires flexibility in availability, including weekends and holidays, and offers a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour. As a Cook lll, you will play a vital role in preparing, maintaining, and monitoring the quality of hot food items, ensuring that every dish meets Hilton's high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
In this role, you will handle a variety of culinary tasks, including preparing meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings according to standard recipes. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen highly valued

Job Duties
- Prepare, maintain and monitor quality control for hot food items including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks and seasonings
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Prepare guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen and ensure plates are clean and appetizing
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
