This role requires mastery of various cooking techniques including braising, smoking, grilling, broiling, blanching, and sautéing, among others. By owning your station's preparation methods, you contribute to maintaining high standards across all kitchen operations. The position offers a dynamic work environment where you have the chance to work across different kitchen areas such as Garde Manger, Pastry, Banquets, and Restaurant kitchens. This rotational experience not only broadens your culinary skills but also prepares you for leadership roles within the organization. \n\nYour responsibilities will include managing daily specials, coordinating food preparation volumes, and ensuring proper receipt and storage of products through effective rotation and compliance with storage procedures. Collaboration with new hires is also a key aspect of the role, where you will support training efforts and help familiarize new team members with the standard practices of the kitchen. Beyond your station duties, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine and supervisors by providing support to culinary colleagues at all levels, fostering teamwork and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Job Duties
