  • Previous culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of advanced cooking techniques including sauces, roasting, grilling, and plating
  • Inspect all preparations and dishes to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
  • Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while adhering to food handling, storage, and safety protocols
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously and assist with team training and minor supervisory duties
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
