This position is a full-time, non-management role within the Food and Beverage and Culinary department, focusing on culinary preparation and kitchen operations. As a culinary team member at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the hotel's esteemed "standards of gold" for food quality and customer service are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking various dishes, managing ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and upholding food safety protocols.

Job Requirements

  • at least two years of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Set and divide workstations
