Working closely with a dedicated team of culinary professionals, associates have the chance to learn new skills every day, experimenting with seasonal menus and unique food presentations that delight hotel guests. These benefits include employee discounts on hotel rooms, merchandise, food, and beverages, access to wellness programs, learning and development opportunities, recognition programs, and a motivating management team that fosters a spirit of teamwork and collaboration. The position also requires the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and maintain a professional appearance, underscoring the physical and presentational aspects of the job.

Joining The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center means becoming part of a global family dedicated to inclusivity, diversity, and equal opportunity employment.
