Job Duties

  • Inspect, select and use food items of the highest quality in meal preparation
  • ensure food to order items for guests are prepared in a timely and consistent manner
  • prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards
  • prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food preparation checklists
  • date all food containers and rotate them properly
  • comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
  • perform any other job-related duties as assigned
