As a Cook II for Sodexo at Carlton Senior Living Concord, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a diverse range of hot and cold food items across multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. You will play a critical role in supporting food waste reduction by following recipes and product directions meticulously, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served. Beyond cooking, you may also operate grill stations or serve customers directly in an a la carte setting, demonstrating excellent customer service and engagement.

In addition to food preparation, you will support management by assisting with daily oversight of kitchen functions and team members during normal business operations.
