This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and keen to be part of a world-class hospitality environment. The Food Preparation Cook role entails preparing ingredients through portioning, chopping, and storing, as well as cooking and presenting food according to The Ritz-Carlton's exacting standards. You will work with a variety of kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, ensuring the quality and safety of all food items served. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, and a commitment to teamwork and positive communication.

As a Food Preparation Cook at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellence that our guests expect.
