We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for a culinary enthusiast who understands how exceptional food can elevate a guest's overall experience from special to truly extraordinary. The Kitchen Supervisor will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and kitchen operations at The Adolphus. The ideal candidate is meticulous, consistent, and creative, with a strong desire to learn as well as teach and mentor others. They will be responsible for overseeing the opening and closing of the kitchen, managing inventory, and assisting chefs in daily kitchen tasks.

This position requires strong leadership skills as the Kitchen Supervisor will oversee kitchen team members, including scheduling, training, and mentoring staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential to monitor food quality and safety standards rigorously. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in kitchen management
  • Proven leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the opening and closing of the kitchen
  • Oversee kitchen team members including scheduling, training and mentoring
  • Monitor food quality, safety and inventory needs
  • Assist chefs with daily kitchen operations
  • Manage inventory and receiving processes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
