Job Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to safety policies and practices

Job Duties
- Prepare special meals or substitute items
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
- Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator
- Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
- Maintain food logs
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared
- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods
- Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials
- Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock items
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow safety and security policies
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, lifting objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
