Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work full-time 40 hours per week including dayshift approximately 6am to 2:30pm
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ServSafe Certification
Job Duties
- Planning, prepping and preparing food items in a timely manner according to established recipes and menus
- Utilize batch cooking techniques to avoid over- or under-production
- Utilize safe food handling, holding and storage techniques at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Support other kitchen employees in assuring that the essential functions of the kitchen are performed adequately and appropriately
- Removal of refuse as needed
- Putting away/pulling stock as needed
- Great time management
