Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen or restaurant environment
- Proven ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Passionate about providing excellent service and creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items from scratch following seasonal recipes and local ingredient guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
