Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work all shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and food preparation guidelines
- Demonstrated dependability and responsibility

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals according to Raising Cane's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Follow safety and food handling procedures
- Assist team members to ensure continuous service
- Communicate effectively with other crew members and management
- Participate in paid training and skill development sessions
- Adapt to various shifts including opening and closing
