Job Requirements

  • Valid state driver’s license
  • At least one year of experience in a high volume cooking environment
  • Knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment
  • Ability to drive vans and small trucks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to provide friendly customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
  • Ability to identify and differentiate food items
  • High-level product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • At least one year experience in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch
  • Food handler’s certification is preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide operational support to corporate catering accounts including drop off and set up
  • Receive, organize, and maintain PAR inventory levels for catering accounts
  • Coordinate, check, and expedite deliveries
  • Drive company vehicles such as vans and small trucks for order delivery
  • Set up food buffets and pickup used equipment
  • Assist with back-of-house and warehouse operations including organizing and packing disposables
  • Support general warehouse organization and assist with food preparation as needed
