Job Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license
- At least one year of experience in a high volume cooking environment
- Knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards
- Ability to use kitchen equipment
- Ability to drive vans and small trucks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to provide friendly customer service
Job Qualifications
- Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
- Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to identify and differentiate food items
- High-level product knowledge and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid state driver’s license
- At least one year experience in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch
- Food handler’s certification is preferred
Job Duties
- Provide operational support to corporate catering accounts including drop off and set up
- Receive, organize, and maintain PAR inventory levels for catering accounts
- Coordinate, check, and expedite deliveries
- Drive company vehicles such as vans and small trucks for order delivery
- Set up food buffets and pickup used equipment
- Assist with back-of-house and warehouse operations including organizing and packing disposables
- Support general warehouse organization and assist with food preparation as needed
