Team Members and Shift Managers are expected to provide a fast, accurate, and friendly ordering experience with genuine interactions that leave guests feeling appreciated and satisfied.
This role provides comprehensive training across various positions in both the Front of House and Back of House, allowing team members to become versatile and capable of filling in wherever needed. Post-training, management places team members in defined roles that align with their skills and the operational needs of the restaurant. The environment encourages learning new technologies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service quality and cleanliness.
