Job Requirements

  • minimum of 6 months meat slicing experience in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to handle and operate microwaves, knives, steam tables, gas ranges, convection ovens, meat and bread slicers, check printers, kitchen display systems and scales safely
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including day, night and weekends
  • able to work in person at Downtown Lake Worth location

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 6 months meat slicing experience in a full-service restaurant
  • experience handling kitchen equipment such as knives, microwaves, meat and bread slicers
  • ability to work all shifts including day, night, and weekends
  • good communication skills
  • ability to maintain food safety standards
  • motivated and reliable team player

Job Duties

  • prepare deli meats and other food items accurately and efficiently
  • operate kitchen equipment safely including meat and bread slicers, steam tables, gas ranges, and convection ovens
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli station
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • adhere to recipes and portion controls for consistency
  • assist in stocking and inventory management
  • contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively
