Job Requirements
- minimum of 6 months meat slicing experience in a full-service restaurant
- ability to handle and operate microwaves, knives, steam tables, gas ranges, convection ovens, meat and bread slicers, check printers, kitchen display systems and scales safely
- willingness to work flexible shifts including day, night and weekends
- able to work in person at Downtown Lake Worth location

Job Duties
- prepare deli meats and other food items accurately and efficiently
- operate kitchen equipment safely including meat and bread slicers, steam tables, gas ranges, and convection ovens
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli station
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- adhere to recipes and portion controls for consistency
- assist in stocking and inventory management
- contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively
