Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating in a full-service kitchen
- Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Must comply with On The Border safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties
- Preparing high quality food to On The Border specifications
- Adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicating cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
- Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen work area
- Ensuring food is cooked and presented according to standard
- Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent hospitality
