Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating in a full-service kitchen
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Must comply with On The Border safety and sanitation policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating in a full-service kitchen
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Preparing high quality food to On The Border specifications
  • Adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicating cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
  • Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen work area
  • Ensuring food is cooked and presented according to standard
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent hospitality
