We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook plays a vital role in ensuring that every dish served meets the club’s exacting standards, maintaining the quality and presentation that our members expect. The successful candidate will work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to prepare menu items precisely and promptly, adhering strictly to established recipes and specifications.
The role of Line Cook requires not only culinary expertise but also a commitment to operational excellence and teamwork. Key responsibilities include performing various cooking methods and portion controls accurately, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed. Knowledge of kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, mixers, and slicers is essential. The Line Cook must also assist in stocking and restocking kitchen lines to ensure continuous service without delays.
Moreover, the Line Cook represents the club during every interaction, helping to create a welcoming environment for members through professionalism and attentive service. - at least one (1) year of previous experience in a kitchen environment is required

Job Duties
- Performs all methods of cooking and portion control in accordance with club specifications
- must have working knowledge of all kitchen equipment including but not limited to ovens, grills, broilers, fryers, steam tables, mixers, knives, slicers, etc
- properly uses all kitchen equipment and ensures the proper and safe use of all equipment
- maintains food line to ensure that all required items are properly stocked
- continuously stocks and restocks items as needed
- maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation of all cooking equipment used during specified shift
- completes all assigned cleaning functions as specified by supervisor during working shift
- notifies supervisor of all potential safety hazards, as well as all customer complaints
- responsible for ensuring that all food is properly handled and stored
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
- performs other duties as assigned
