Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow recipes and culinary standards precisely
- familiarity with Italian cuisine preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years line cook experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- background in fine dining or upscale kitchen environment
- familiarity with Italian cuisine
