Job Duties

  • Prepares and cooks menu items to order for stations and catering
  • keeps all items for assigned station prepped, rotated and stocked
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation of stations and kitchen equipment
  • lights and maintains wood-fired pizza oven when assigned
  • assists with production and service during catered events
  • communicates effectively with team and supervisors
  • ensures safety and quality standards are consistently met
