The position available is for a full-time Cook at the Ridgemere location, situated at 4550 Prince St, Conway, AR 72034. This role provides a competitive pay range of $15 to $18 per hour, with a consistent shift schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, between 6:30 AM and 2:00 PM. The Cook will be a vital part of the culinary team, responsible for preparing menu items to established standards and recipes, ensuring all food served is of exceptional quality and attractively presented in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Be at least eighteen 18 years of age
  • ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • possess a current Food Handlers Card
  • have demonstrated skills in leadership, training, and supervision
  • possess proficient written and oral communication skills
  • able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
  • able to frequently lift and or move items up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable in close contact to extreme temperatures
  • able to work indoors and outside
  • must be criminally cleared

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • current Food Handlers Card as specified per the Department of Health
  • demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in leadership, training, and supervision
  • proficient written and oral communication skills
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable working in extreme temperatures including cooking surfaces and walk-in freezers
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors for events
  • criminal clearance
  • experience in a culinary or food preparation role

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items according to established standards and recipes
