Job Qualifications

  • One year entry level cooking and food prep experience in the food service industry
  • Preferably experience in premium services, catering, or concessions environment at sports, entertainment venues, restaurants, or hotels
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management
  • Strong commitment to delivering high customer service
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and organization

Job Duties

  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
  • Timely execution of station requirements as directed by the Executive Culinary Team
  • Follow recipes and cook food to desired specifications
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic knife skills and production techniques
  • Prepare cold food items including guacamole, salads, dressings, sandwiches, and fruit
  • Work effectively at buffet action stations
  • Maintain compliance with County Health/Sanitation and Legends Hospitality standards
