Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification according to local or municipal requirements, acquired at applicant's own expense
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Capacity to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education
  • Prefer some operations experience
  • Food safety knowledge
  • Ability to use Chinese cook knife and kitchen equipment
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • Performing all back of house responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with local food safety regulations
  • Managing kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards
