Job Requirements

Some high school education
Food handler certification according to local or municipal requirements, acquired at applicant's own expense
Ability to stand for long periods
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
Effective verbal communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Capacity to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

Some high school education
Prefer some operations experience
Food safety knowledge
Ability to use Chinese cook knife and kitchen equipment
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
Performing all back of house responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with local food safety regulations
Managing kitchen cleanliness and organization
Collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards
