Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of line cook experience or formal training
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Food Handlers Permit or willingness to obtain one
Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, lifting up to 75 pounds
Ability to report unsafe or unsanitary conditions promptly
Basic computer and telephone operation skills

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
Two years of experience as a line cook or equivalent formal training
Ability to work varying hours including weekends and holidays
Possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
Ability to use telephone and computer for communication and information access

Job Duties

Maintain standards set by the Executive Chef
Maintain production schedules to ensure timely service and quality product
Observe and implement all approved sanitation practices
Oversee that deliveries from purveyors coincide with purchase orders
Report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions in kitchen or dining room
Work varying hours including weekends and holidays
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and reaching as required
