Job Description
Our restaurant kitchen team members are responsible for preparing high-quality food with precision and accuracy, ensuring compliance with quality-assurance and food-safety procedures to meet customer expectations. Duties include maintaining communication with the front of house, monitoring food quality, marinating and breading chicken, inspecting chicken, following recipes, upholding health and sanitation standards, managing chicken inventory, filtering oil, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in food preparation areas.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- ability to provide authorized U.S. work documents
