An opportunity for a Cook to prepare food items according to recipes and standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Growth path includes roles from Lead Cook to Executive Chef. Responsibilities include following recipes, preparing food items, baking, portioning, and maintaining clean work areas. Practice safe food handling procedures and sustainability practices. Ensure guest satisfaction and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • previous culinary experience or equivalent training required
  • Department of Health Sanitation certificate may be required.
