Job Description

The company is focused on producing high-quality food with precision and accuracy while ensuring the proper implementation of quality-assurance and food-safety procedures to meet restaurant demand and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with the front of house staff, monitoring food quality, marinating and breading chicken, ensuring proper chicken inspection, following recipes, maintaining health and sanitation standards, filtering oil for quality, cleaning equipment, and upholding overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in food preparation areas and services.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must follow company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
  • must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
