Job Description

ASM, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Fry Cook II based at The Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex in Austin, Texas. This position functions under General Supervision within the Operations Department and assists in managing the venue Food Court.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
at least 2 years related experience in a commercial cooking environment. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple orders simultaneously. Flexible and able to improvise when required. Must be able to work irregular schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have or be able to obtain a food safety certification. Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the US, and able to pass a US criminal background check.
